Rose Wack, a native of Germany, came to Florida 1981 as an agent for Lehigh Corporation marketing vacant land and homes to German Buyers.
As Executive Vice President of Florida-Gulf-Investment, she developed, constructed and sold Apartments, Condominiums, single family homes, Commercial condominiums, Restaurants, Commercial and Residential vacant land.
She formed 1987 Sealco Group, Inc., a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firm in the State of Florida, opening up new markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland primarily for the purchase of Lehigh Acres Real Estate.
She has represented European Investors in the Acquisition (incl. Financing), Sale and Rental of Residential and Commercial Properties in S.W. Florida.
Rose Wack continues her long career in Fort Myers area Real Estate by locating clients and properties, dealing with contractors, interacting with other Realtors, government agencies, mortgage companies, banks, owners, renters, buyers and sellers. Rose Wack is also available to act as an independent Real Estate Consultant on a fee basis.
